1. About ORBIT AI

ORBIT AI is a Chrome extension for SaaS founders and digital product creators. It helps users detect refund-risk comments on supported product platforms and generate professional AI-powered reply drafts for customer support and product communication.

2. Acceptable Use

ORBIT AI may only be used for legitimate customer support, business communication, review management, and product-related replies.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use ORBIT AI to generate, request, publish, or distribute:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content.
• Harassing, abusive, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory content.
• Illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Spam, phishing, impersonation, or manipulation of reviews.
• Content that violates the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others.
• Content intended to bypass platform rules, laws, or safety systems.

4. AI Output

AI-generated replies are drafts. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any reply before posting it publicly.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans may be processed through Creem. Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if ORBIT AI does not work as described or if a technical issue cannot be resolved by support.

6. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to ORBIT AI if the product is used in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
